Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Sahin Albayrak is Professor of Computer Science at the Technische Universität Berlin and Director of the Distributed Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (DAI Lab). He founded the Centre for Experiential Artificial Intelligence and Digitalisation (ZEKI). Prof Albayrak has published over 500 scientific papers and was awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany in 2014. He advises both the German and Turkish governments on issues related to digitalisation and artificial intelligence.
Heinrich Arnold is Creative Dock’s anchor person in the DACH region. His mission is and has always been to future-proof top European companies. He is active as a board member, transformation officer and investor in the field of digital innovation and transformation. He is also an honorary professor for digital transformation at the Technische Universität Berlin. Until February 2019, Heinrich Arnold was CEO of Detecon and responsible for research and development at a top 5 DAX company. He is one of the fathers of the innovation ecosystem in Berlin and Beersheva.
Management
Marc Guerreiro Augusto ist Informatiker und spezialisiert im Bereich Plattformökonomie für die Autonome Mobilität. Er koordiniert Forschungsprojekte zum Autonomen Fahren sowie den Aufbau und Betrieb des Zentrums für erlebbare KI und Digitalisierung in Berlin. Vormals hat er See und -binnenhäfen als IT-Experte zu Digitalstrategien, Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung beraten. Mit seinem Fokus für das Verständnis des Zusammenspiels von Mensch und Technologie konzentriert er sich auf die Erforschung von KI-basierten Lösungen für die Mobilitäts- und Transportlandschaft der Zukunft.
Dr Kayaoğlu has overall responsibility for the strategic planning, implementation, management and execution of all financial activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and governance. He has an academic and professional background in finance and economics. Dr Kayaoğlu holds a PhD in Management from the Technische Universität Berlin.
Dr Fikret Sivrikaya is responsible for coordinating research activities and projects at ZEKI. He has more than 15 years of experience in research leadership, project management and teaching in the areas of telecommunications, IoT and machine learning. Dr Sivrikaya received his PhD in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA in 2007. He has co-authored more than 70 peer-reviewed scientific articles, with a particular focus on intelligent transport systems and smart cities.
