Driving innovation, fostering scientific growth, solving complex problems.
Funded projects
By developing advanced technologies, we can create more efficient systems while improving safety and data connectivity. These efforts are critical to solving complex problems and meeting future challenges with robust solutions.
The Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport is funding a number of other research projects for the development of autonomous mobility in Germany. You can find more projects here:
BeIntelli
BeIntelli is a showcase project for the autonomous mobility of the future. This means that it provides information about the state of the art, current trends and our own project progress in automated and autonomous driving. To this end, we have developed driving-specific ADAS++ applications and functions, see ADAS & ADAS++ (ADAS – Advance Driver Assistance System).
In our showrooms in ZEKI, at the bus stop and on the information bus, we have created various applications that provide interactive information and encourage dialogue. Below are some of the window applications.
Go-KI
The project will provide a comprehensive software suite of frameworks and tools, as well as an open innovation lab for developing and implementing AI applications that serve the public good. Developers and researchers from different disciplines will work together to create innovative solutions that address social, economic and environmental challenges.
Go-KI promotes the exchange of knowledge and resources, and provides a platform where creative ideas can be developed into viable technologies. By making these resources available, the aim is to achieve a sustainable and positive impact on society.
Cobra 5G
5G campus network solutions are an emerging and increasingly important market segment for Germany as a business location, particularly due to the associated implementation of the digitalisation of key German industries.
The ‘Container-based resilient architecture for 5G campus networks (COBRA-5G)’ project is funded by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) as part of the ‘Cyber security and digital sovereignty in 5G/6G communication technologies’ programme.
Pflege 4.0
The Berlin State Competence Centre for Care (Pflege 4.0) is a cooperation project between the DAI Labor at the TU Berlin and Albatros gGmbH and is funded by the Senate Department for Science, Health and Care.
The initiative is supported by ‘Pflege 4.0 – Made in Berlin’ and the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband Landesverband Berlin e.V. The showcase exhibition is located at ZEKI.
