ZEKI, welcomed a delegation from the Izmir Chamber of Commerce and Izmir University of Economics in the Center for Tangible AI and Digitalization. Their visit aimed to gather inspiration for establishing an AI center in Izmir.

The Izmir Chamber of Commerce, founded in 1885, is one of Turkey’s most influential business organizations, supporting growth and global competitiveness. Izmir University of Economics, established in 2001, is Turkey’s first foundation university in economics and social sciences, emphasizing innovation and international collaboration.

We were honored to host:

We showcased several innovations:


? ZEKI Ground Guided Assistant System and AI Household Assistance: Technologies simplifying daily life and promoting healthy habits.

? Smart Furniture Project: Intelligent furniture with pressure sensors for optimal seating, customizable settings, and biofeedback functions.

? BeIntelli Fleet: Includes an electric VW T6.1 with automated control, a modified VW Tiguan for software testing, and a Mercedes EQS for autonomous driving development.

? Automated Delivery Robot: Our robot autonomously delivers groceries to our center.

Mahmut Özgener was particularly impressed and expressed strong interest in sending selected students from Izmir University to ZEKI for internships, stating, “We are eager to foster a new generation of experts who are not only knowledgeable but also deeply inspired by the technological advancements here.”
